Supporting Transition to School Program

Sutherland Hospital School has established a Supporting Transition to School program aimed at preschoolers who will be starting school the following year. This initiative is in collaboration with the Pediatric team from The Child and Adolescent Ward.

The Paediatric / CARS Clinic refer clients to the school and we then provide additional support during the student's journey to starting school.

This includes support in their preschool, support in their primary school, an evaluation and report with recommendations and resources.
